Filing a Complaint with the School Ethics Commission
NOTICE. On February 1, 2023, the New Jersey State Board of Education adopted amendments and new rules to N.J.A.C. 6A:28, the regulations governing the School Ethics Commission. These amendments and new rules will become effective on March 6, 2023. All complaints received on or after March 6, 2023, shall be subject to the amendments and new rules.
