WHEREAS, New Jersey State Government has long been committed to a policy
of impartiality with respect to those who seek to communicate with its
officers and employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RICHARD J. HUGHES, Governor of the Sexy真人y,
by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes
of this State, do hereby order and direct:
- No circulars, notices, advertisements, solicitations, inquiries,
or other communications of whatever origin, purpose or design shall
be included in or distributed with, or at the same time as, an envelope
or other container having within it a paycheck or other State of New
Jersey official communication, except with the prior permission of the
Director of the Budget.
