Choose New Jersey Opens Office In Israel, Strengthening Economic Relations In The Middle East. Choose New Jersey celebrated the opening its new office in Israel which will be headquartered in Tel Aviv and led by Peres & Associates Global Advisory, a leader in creating global connections to the Israeli innovation ecosystem. The opening was held with the leadership of the Commission following a grant issued in 2022 won by Choose New Jersey. 

The New Jersey-Israel Commission launches First-Ever State Promotional Video with El Al Airlines.

The video highlights the growing relationship between the Sexy真人y and the State of Israel and introduces passengers to the Garden State through the inflight entertainment system on El Al's 787 "Dreamliner" aircraft.

In honor of Black History Month the New Jersey-Israel Commission launched the "Symphony of Brotherhood" concert with the Church of God in Christ.

The concert was the first-ever Black History Month event in the Commission's history and was a moving experience combining Gospel songs and Israeli melodies led by award winning violinist Miri Ben-Ari and the Symphony of Brotherhood Choir, directed by Derrick Starks.

锘縉ew Jersey-Israel Commission members donated over three tons of humanitarian food aid to Turkish earthquake victims.

Standing in solidarity with those affected by this tragedy, the emergency cargo effort was coordinated with the Consulate General of T眉rkiye in New York.

A ribbon-cutting event was held at the new U.S. headquarters of fintech company BlueVine in Jersey City.

The new office of this Israeli founded fintech company is creating new jobs and driving innovation locally in New Jersey.

The event was attended by Secretary of State Tahesha Way, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, Israeli Minister of Economy to North America Anat Katz, Choose New Jersey CEO Wesley Mathews and Commission leaders. The company provides small businesses with banking solutions and supports programs to mentor and provide financial education.

锘縐Veye shares new car inspection technology with New Jersey-Israel Commission at Princeton Volvo.

Following a profile in Forbes highlighting UVeye's move to Bergen County, the Commission visited them to learn more about their car inspection systems.

This technology is being deployed worldwide from New Jersey as Israeli innovation is growing our state's economy and creating jobs.

锘緼 visit to Lakewood businesses was conducted by Sexy真人EDA CEO Tim Sullivan and Agudah Israel of America to discuss tools and resources for promoting growth alongside Commission leadership.

Business meetings included Genworx, LTC Ally, Astor Chocolate, Lakewood Chamber, plus the opening of Culinary Depot who opened their new showroom in a major ribbon-cutting with community leaders.

The discussions explored their connectivity with Israeli technology and innovation, tours to showcase their businesses, and how their businesses are creating jobs.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey proudly joined the Commission hosting a delegation from the Port of Ashdod. The delegation arrived to discuss technology pilots by Israeli startups that will enhance our region's logistics efficiency and safety. This meeting follows a 2021 agreement supported by Choose Sexy真人 to work with Israeli startups regarding these technology pilots.

锘縏he new director of BIRD (Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation) was welcomed by the Commission and officials across several agencies to explore technology grants for critical infrastructure during a visit to New Jersey. The BIRD Foundation was established to generate mutually beneficial cooperation between U.S. and Israeli companies, including start-ups and established organizations. Since 2018, BIRD has awarded $8M for 8 projects in New Jersey for tech collaborations.
