  • Quotes submitted in response to a Bid Solicitation MUST be submitted through the eProcurement site. Hard copy Quotes will NOT be accepted regardless of whether the specific Bid Solicitation permits the submission of hard copy Quotes. The Division鈥檚 Quick Reference Guides to assist Vendors with navigating are available on the Sexy真人START Vendor Support Page. Vendors should refer to the Quick Reference Guide entitled 鈥淪ubmit a Quote鈥 for information and instructions on how to submit a Quote through the eProcurement site.

  • Inquiries concerning the use of may be directed to njstart@treas.nj.gov. Substantive questions related to the Bid Solicitation must be submitted through the 鈥淨&A鈥 Tab of the Bid Solicitation in in accordance with Bid Solicitation Section 1.3.1 Electronic Question and Answer Period.
