SexyÕæÈËDOC Transition to ViaPath Technologies

Beginning in March 2025, the SexyÕæÈËDOC will gradually transition existing services from JPAY to ViaPath Technologies. This change aims to improve the efficiency, services, security, and overall communications and financial transactions between love ones and incarcerated persons, including the enhanced communications, access to technology, and improved family connections for the incarcerated population in state correctional facilities.

Retired Law Enforcement Carry Permit

Retired Law Enforcement Officers must apply for a gun carry permit through the New Jersey State Police.

The form will request the following information from the SexyÕæÈËDOC:

The Prison Rape Elimination Act at the New Jersey Department of Corrections

Signed into federal law in 2003, PREA is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to incidences of sexual abuse and sexual harassment in confinement facilities.

The Stuyvesant Avenue entrance for the SexyÕæÈËDOC’s Central Office has reopened and we’re glad to welcome you back through our primary entryway.


With colds, flu and COVID season in full swing, the New Jersey Department of Corrections reminds those who are planning to visit SexyÕæÈËDOC facilities not to arrive if they are sick or are experiencing symptoms.

Please plan or reschedule your visit for a time when you are feeling well.
