• A/E Major Contract Advertisements
  Projects with design and construction administration fees over $500,000 are open for any appropriate prequalified firm to submit a proposal.
• A/E Routine Contracts Advertisements
  Projects with design and construction administration fees under $500,000 are only open to those prequalified firms who have been invited to participate upon being randomly selected from the Division's database.
• Contractor Project Advertisements
  Contractors must be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:19-2.1 et seq.
• Energy Savings Improvement Projects
  Contractors must be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:19-2.1 et seq.
• Solar Power Purchase Agreements
  Vendors must be listed on the T3104 solar PPA Agreement contract issued by the Division of Purchase and Property.
